By downloading, accessing, or using the Olla mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, “Olla”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Olla.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough under the laws of your country to form a binding contract and to use social networking services. If you use Olla on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to users or the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or infringing content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or private data
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the operation of Olla
- Use automated means to scrape, spam, or overload the service without our permission

Content you post remains yours. By posting, you grant Olla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service. You may delete your content or account, subject to technical backups and legal retention requirements.
6. Our intellectual property
Olla, including its name, logos, design, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the service.
7. Third-party services
Olla may integrate with third-party services (for example hosting, notifications, or analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
Olla is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olla and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Olla at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
